Today is my official hiatus from dragonboating. I need time to get used to the life of a working adult and a part time student. No worries, the sport is still my passion; it’s just that I need time to adjust my life a little. How long will the hiatus be? I will never know. Let time tell it all.
Since it’s my hiatus, I practically did nothing today. I spent half an hour walking Causeway Point. Just half an hour. I felt bored, looking at things. I realized I did not need anything at the moment. In the end, I went home.
Just before heading home, I bought my dinner, along with my monthly dosage of Men’s Health. Additionally, I bought 8 Days too. I was pretty glued to the cover with IRONMAN on it. But I just wanted to buy it for the sake of some entertainment news. Nothing much in it. The music section doesn’t appeal to me. The movie reviews are brutal, as usual. [I wondered how much the film companies are paying to the magazine, telling the critics to be lenient. HAHAHA! I wondered will I start a commotion by saying such statement!]
Weekend ended in a simple note, with myself chilling around at home, watching CSI:NY [thanks, ISABEL, for the DVD], reading magazines and SIDNEY SHELDON’s autobiography.
Eh, actually I need a new pair of shoe. I’m looking around for a nice canvas shoe. If I am able to get another adidas sneakers, that will be a bonus! YEAH! SHOES! I just got to wait for Great Singapore Sale, which is coming in the month of May. I am waiting! HAHA! My shopping galore!
